Duties
Teaching specialized courses in journalism and electronic publishing and other courses assigned to him/her in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Supervising and conducting training and practical lessons in the field of specialization.
Supervising graduation projects and researches in the field of journalism and electronic publishing.
Supervising doctoral and master's theses according to the regulations.
Contributing effectively in the scientific researches.
Participating in scientific and academic conferences, seminars and meetings, whether inside or outside the Sultanate.
Participating in department, college, university and community service committees.
Requirements
PhD degree from a prominent university in the area of
Journalism and Electronic publishing
.
Appropriate number of research publications in refereed journals.
Fluency in English language, both speaking and writing.
Priority is given to those who have experience in teaching and research.
Mastery of IT skills.
