Duties
The Department of Petroleum and Chemical Engineering at Sultan Qaboos University is inviting applicants for full-time faculty positions in Petroleum Engineering beginning in September 2023.
Highly qualified applicants with doctorate degree in Petroleum Engineering in areas related to (Natural Gas, Formation Evaluation, Unconventional Reservoirs, PVT, Reservoir Management, Data Science in Petroleum Engineering) at the Assistant or Associate Professor levels are welcomed.
Applicants are expected to be able to teach undergraduate and postgraduate level courses, develop an active research program, and to engage in professional and institutional service activities.
Requirements
Doctorate degree in Petroleum Engineering in areas related to (Natural Gas, Formation Evaluation, Unconventional Reservoirs, PVT, Reservoir Management, Data Science in Petroleum Engineering) at the Assistant or Associate Professor levels are welcomed.
