Master's of Science in nursing from a recognized university.
At least 6 years of experience in academic and clinical experience (minum 2 yrs).
Active scholarship profile.
Fluency in English.
Younger than 50 years of age.

Economy-class air ticket to Oman including some extra baggage
allowance.
Housing – on or off campus, semi-furnished and maintained by SQU.
Annual return air tickets for family – value depends on grade
(determines ticket class), family spouse + 3 children under 18 years.
Medical services – free use of Sultan Qaboos University Hospital,
family and dental clinics on campus and in government hospitals plus
pharmaceuticals; cosmetic dental treatment not included.
Gratuity at the end of the service – one-month exit basic salary per
year (Need to complete at least 5 years of service).
Leave – 60 days per annum; (also conference, emergency and
research leave available).
