Teaching courses to both bachelor and post-graduate students
Academic supervision of bachelor students
Supervision of master and PH.D. theses
Participation in the committees at the department/college/university and society
Contributing to the enrichment of studies and research in specialization in international scientific journals (individual/collaborative)

Qualification

PhD or equivalent in the specialization in educational administration and its related fields
All academic degrees should be awarded by universities recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in Oman
The candidate’s study of his degrees should be as full time.
Preferably all academic degrees should be in the same specialization (Master, and Ph.D.)
Has a high level in the English language.
Has sufficient published articles in peer-reviewed international journals and international conferences in the field (in English).
Has considerable experience in teaching university courses in the specialization
Has experience in supervising master's and doctoral students
Has leadership skills that enable him/her to contribute to the department development

Required Documents

A recent photo and a copy of valid passport
Certificates of the bachelor, masters, and doctorate degrees along with transcripts
A CV with all recent publications, teaching, committees, and other community services.
Employment letter issued by the current university of the applicant stating the courses taught for the last 5 years.
